6. Delivery & Receiving Your Order (IMPORTANT)

We use third-party delivery partners for shipping.

Delivery Protocol:

  • Our rider will call you upon arrival.
  • If you are unreachable, the rider is NOT allowed to leave the parcel by default.
  • If the rider cannot contact you, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

Condo Lobby / Guard House Delivery:

If you want your order left at the condo lobby or guard house, you MUST:

  • Clearly state this in the “Special Instructions / Notes” section during checkout.

⚠️ If no instruction is written and you do not answer the call, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

Additional delivery fees or re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Third-Party Logistics Disclaimer

Once your order is handed over to the delivery rider:

  • We are not responsible for delays, mishandling, or improper storage during transit.
  • Frozen and chilled items may defrost due to rider delays or exposure to heat, which is beyond our control.
  • Customers are responsible for being available to receive orders promptly.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and report delivery-related issues immediately to the delivery provider.

  • Products are provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • We do not guarantee that products will meet every personal expectation.
  • Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return Policy.
