DELIVERY

• For your convenience, we will deliver your order to you. Please select a shipping method based on your location.
• You can also do self pick-up or pick-up via 3rd party courier. (Lalamove, Grab, etc.)
• Our same day delivery cut-off is at 3pm. Orders after the cut-off will automatically be shipped out the next day. Kindly expect your orders to be received within 10am to 6pm
• If shipping fee is paid already, do not pay any extra to the rider
• By purchasing from us, you agree to our terms, conditions and policies.
• We are not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, force majeure, or delays resulting from the customer’s actions, whether voluntary or negligent
• If a customer refuses to accept the delivery, a refund will be issued for all returned products, provided they remain in their original condition upon arrival at our head office.
• By default, all items are packed in an ecobag. For insulation or gift packaging, you may check the add-ons. (Additional fees may apply)
• As of the moment, we can only serve Metro Manila and some parts of Luzon. (Laguna, Cavite, Bulacan, Rizal)
